As part of our capital works framework with the Nottingham building Society, their Chesterfield branch was our first refurbishment in 2013.

A challenging brief required the complete strip out and refurbishment of the ground floor of the property together partial refurbishment and alteration of the upper storeys and selective repairs and redecoration to the exterior. The refurbishment was required to be completed during a strict two week branch closure.

Works included the internal and external refurbishment of the property together with complete renewal of electrical and data services, new heating, cooling and ventilation together with bespoke counter and feature joinery and high quality acoustically sealed glazed partitioning.
