As part of our continued capital works framework with the Nottingham building Society, their recent acquisition of Harrison Murray Estate Agents brought about a need to enlarge their presence in Leicester Halford Street.

Acquiring the vacant Britannia Building Society property allowed a new combined  Estate Agency and Building Society office to be created, branded as Harrison Murray. Being independent of the existing branch operations allowed business to continue uninterrupted.

On occupation of the new premises our attention turned to the original outlet which was now able to be refurbished after the occupiers had moved.

At the end of this programme of work both properties were occupied by the Nottingham / Harrison Murray to enable future growth in the lettings, sales and financial services combined model.
