Valad are one of Europes largest multi-let investment managers specialising in commercial property in the UK and Europe.

We were invited to assist them in refurbish and modification of existing tired industrial warehouse and industrial stock in the Midlands to aid re-marketing and to satisfy the requirements of incoming tenants.

Our works included the internal and external adaptation of various properties within their portfolio, together with the amalgamation and re-gearing of units into larger lettings and alternate occupancy ratios.
